Asset Management
Each of our buildings under management has a Capital Expenditure programme (CAPEX plan), we use this to:
- Determine the correct level of reserve fund collection rate for each building
- Use asset management as a tool to protect, enhance buildings and reduce reactive spend

Compliance
We understand the key risks posed by Fire, Electrical Safety, Water, Asbestos management and general risk. In doing so, we;
- Ensure that all of our buildings have full compliance management
- The reactive works from each assessment are automatically uploaded into our works ordering system
- Our contractors and assessors immediately alert us when incidents or critical failures occur
- We ensure all of our contractors are Safecontractor approved

We perform this service by:
- Tracking repairs through our management system
- Post inspecting all repairs over £500
- Only using trusted contractors
- Using asset management to reduce reactive costs

Health & Safety
When we take on new buildings, we perform an audit, the purpose of this is to:
- Record all the building’s assets and create a register
- Ensure we have planned preventative maintenance for each piece of kit
- That all statutory checks are in place
- That all statutory follow up works are complete
Our management system allows us to view across the portfolio the compliance across these assets and ensure high levels of compliance.
We are skilled at cladding remediation works and works with a team of consultants to help process these works and recover costs from developers.
