We understand the key risks posed by Fire, Electrical Safety, Water, Asbestos management and general risk.  In doing so, we:

• Ensure that all of our buildings have full compliance management

• The reactive works from each assessment are automatically uploaded into our works ordering system

• Our contractors and assessors immediately alert us when incidents or critical failures occur

• We ensure all of our contractors are Safecontractor approved
