Each of our buildings under management has a Capital Expenditure programme (CAPEX plan), we use this to:

• Determine the correct level of reserve fund collection rate for each building

• Use asset management as a tool to protect, enhance buildings and reduce reactive spend

• Make our buildings, beautiful places to live
